WHO WE ARE

 

MACN chefs embrace seasonality and preserve diversity while collaborating with the broader food community and supporting the local community and economy. Our network consists of over 50 individual chefs across the Madison area who participate in MACN meetings, events, and educational opportunities. Chefs who are part of the network are part of restaurants that are

  • brick-and-mortar,
  • locally-owned,
  • located in Southern Wisconsin,
  • and have independent capacity to make purchasing and marketing decisions.
